WHEREAS , Lingolift (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), operates the website www.lingolift.in (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), and provides services therein, and

WHEREAS , any individual or entity accessing or using the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the User") acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"),

NOW, THEREFORE , in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:

  1. Are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or, if a minor, have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to utilize the services.
  2. Shall provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout the use of the services.
  3. Shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

Article 4: User Obligations

The User covenants and agrees:

  1. To refrain from sharing any personal data related to banking, financial information, or any other sensitive details.
  2. To avoid discussing personal matters or engaging in intimate conversations during interactions facilitated by the services.
  3. To utilize the services exclusively for lawful purposes and in a professional manner.
